Quick decision: Choose Pro Gen 2 CP168-AF for its straightforward controls and detachable nested basket if the exact offer and spare parts suit you. Choose standard TurboBlaze for its wider temperature range and programme-linked DC fan speeds. Consider the cream Smart TurboBlaze for connected features, after resolving the manufacturer’s conflicting capacity and manual information. All three are US single-zone designs.

Choose by the cooking job
If your routine is a main or side within the older model’s temperature range, CP168’s simpler panel may be sufficient. If low-temperature proofing or dehydrating is part of the plan, the standard TurboBlaze’s documented range and functions are more relevant. A greater programme count is not an independent cooking-quality score.
Neither the standard nor smart model becomes a two-basket cooker because it has more functions. For two foods on different schedules, compare independent-zone layouts. For one large batch, verify usable basket dimensions rather than buying on nominal litres alone.
Five fan speeds: can you choose them directly?
The standard TurboBlaze’s official page says its five speeds correspond to cooking functions and are not customisable individually. Choose the programme, then adjust the time and temperature within its permitted limits. Do not describe that as the same control proposition as Iconic’s separately selectable fan speeds.
The Smart page explicitly adds connected features, but its linked manual identifies the standard product. Confirm detailed smart controls and current app restrictions with the matching model documentation rather than borrowing the standard manual wholesale.
Why we do not treat cream as a simple colour swatch
CAF-DC601S-WUSR has a different code and connected-feature claims. Its current manufacturer page also conflicts internally: a six-quart title/body and a 6.5-quart specification panel. That needs exact-unit confirmation, especially for a capacity or storage-critical purchase.
The standard dark-gray page currently advertises a PFAS-free ceramic coating. That claim should not automatically be transferred to CP168 or the cream smart model. Check an exact-model material statement if coating chemistry is essential.
Are the speed claims a reason to upgrade?
Cosori’s TurboBlaze claim compares it with CP168 under manufacturer test conditions. We have not repeated a matched cooking or energy test. A wider range or preferred control layout can justify a shortlist; an unverified promise of universal time or electricity savings should not decide it.
Check the offer and the parts
CP168 has detachable inner and outer baskets; TurboBlaze uses a basket and crisper plate. Match replacement parts to the full code. Compare current delivered price, seller condition and local warranty. A bundle listing must identify its actual constituent models before it can stand in for a standalone offer.

Clara Bennett checked the manufacturer material and exact US identities on October 24, 2026. This is a specification-led assessment, not a hands-on cooking, noise or energy test. Manufacturer speed and serving claims are not independent test results. Current stock, prices, warranty and accessories must be checked for the actual regional offer.
