Cosori Air Fryer Sizes: Capacity, Dimensions and Counter Space

Basket capacity and countertop size answer different questions. Quarts or litres describe nominal volume. They do not tell you the usable cooking-floor area, the largest flat food that fits, or the ventilation space needed to run the appliance safely.

Use this guide to narrow the size class, then verify the exact regional manual and your actual meal. Measurements below are manufacturer figures, not our tape-measure results.

Measure the operating space in four steps

Body: note the width, depth and height for the complete model, including the handle where specified.
Ventilation: add the rear and overhead clearances required by its own manual. A cupboard opening that stores it neatly may not be an operating position.
Basket travel: allow room to pull the hot basket forward without reaching over another appliance or the edge of the counter.
Cleaning and storage: check the sink and cupboard, especially for TwinFry’s wide basket and divider.

The Mini manual specifies 5 inches / 13 cm of clear space behind and above it, plus room to remove the basket. That is a model-specific instruction; always read the clearance requirements supplied with your actual appliance.

Why litres cannot promise servings

A tall basket can advertise generous volume while offering limited floor area. Foods that need space between pieces cannot simply be stacked to use every litre. Shaken fries, a baking dish and broad fillets create different fit constraints.

We have not measured the internal floor of every Cosori basket. Ask the manufacturer for usable internal dimensions when a particular dish or accessory must fit. Do not subtract exterior wall thickness or derive internal area from nominal volume; that would create false precision.

US quarts versus European litres

The US Mini’s 2.1 quarts is listed as 2.0 litres; four quarts is approximately 3.8 litres; five quarts approximately 4.7 litres. Those conversions explain the capacity class, not electrical compatibility. Check the complete model suffix, voltage, plug and warranty.

The 10-litre European TwinFry and nine-quart US TwinFry are distinct regional products. Do not reuse one product’s measurements for the other. The same caution applies to ordinary Dual Blaze regional power ratings.

What if the old basket was just too small?

Check recall status first for CP158-AF and CS158-AF. For an affected unit, stop use and follow the official remedy. Then decide whether you needed a larger flat batch or separately timed zones. A capacity upgrade is useful only if it solves that specific problem.
