Cosori Air Fryers: Model Reviews, Sizes and Buying Guide

Start with the meal and the regional model, not the Cosori name. Mini is the small-portion option; Lite and Pro are compact single baskets; Premium II and Iconic occupy a larger single-basket class; ordinary Dual Blaze adds upper/lower heating; European TwinFry adds a removable divider and a much wider basket. Those differences matter more than the number of preset buttons.

Use this directory to find the exact review and its limitations. US and European models are identified separately. Older CP158/CS158 families belong in the recall and owner section, not a new-purchase shortlist.

Choose the right path

  • Cooking one modest portion? Compare the Mini with the four-quart Lite.
  • Want simple manual controls and more volume? Compare US Pro LE with Lite, or the regional European Lite/Pro/Premium II sizes.
  • Choosing a premium US single basket? Compare Iconic’s materials, adjustable fan speeds and warranty proposition with Dual Blaze’s upper/lower heat.
  • Need a main and side on different settings? Understand the European TwinFry divider before assuming “Dual Blaze” means two zones.

We use nominal capacities to describe the appliance class. They do not measure the food that fits in one uncrowded layer or guarantee a number of complete meals.

Guides for your actual kitchen

Our household guide starts with portions and meal timing. The size and capacity guide separates basket litres from operating space. The types and heating guide explains one basket, two heating elements and divided zones. The buying-priorities guide helps you rank cleaning, controls, materials, capacity and warranty before paying for extras.

Direct model comparisons

Names that can mislead a buyer

Lite: the Mini is 2.1 US quarts; the larger smart Lite is four US quarts / 3.8 litres. Recipe-app access and Wi-Fi appliance controls are different things.

Dual Blaze: the ordinary model is one basket heated from above and below. The 10-litre European TwinFry has a removable divider; it is not the same as the US nine-quart TwinFry, the 8.6-litre Compact or a conventional two-drawer Dual Basket.

Chef Edition: this can identify a regional retail package. Confirm the full code, supplied accessories and voltage. A matching capacity or familiar photograph is not proof of electrical or spare-part compatibility.

Recall and second-hand purchases

The February 2023 CPSC notice lists affected CP158-AF, CS158-AF and other exact model variants. Affected owners should stop use and follow the official remedy. Do not infer that every Cosori product is affected, or that a recalled model is a bargain because its display still works. Use the two owner guides above and the official recall lookup.

How to read our reviews

These are source-led buying and ownership assessments. We identify published manufacturer figures, practical implications and facts we have not measured. We do not assign invented cooking scores or present synthetic product imagery as a test. Marketplace listings help identify an offer; they do not establish sales leadership, coating chemistry or performance.

Clara Bennett checked the manufacturer information and regional model identity on October 24, 2026. This is a specification-led editorial assessment; we have not bought or bench-tested these units. Portion suggestions are our planning judgments, not measured serving guarantees. Current prices, stock, seller warranty and accessories can change.

TurboBlaze and Pro Gen 2 model reviews

The older Pro Gen 2 and the standard/smart TurboBlaze variants are distinct US single-basket choices. Match the full model rather than treating TurboBlaze as an app feature or a generic six-quart label.

Model review Capacity evidence Main decision
Pro Gen 2 CP168-AF (See Pro Gen 2 CP168-AF (5.8 qt) price) 5.8 qt / 5.5 L Detachable nested baskets and straightforward panel controls
